Crazy Preacher on State Street
There is this guy on State Street who keeps yelling random things like, "I'm great and everyone sucks." and "Look at me I'm special." I think he's trying to make fun of the "regulars" on State Street. What do you all think about this?
we need more meds and care. if all the money that went into madison elections went to the homeless, we could have set them up in temp housing with a nurse who makes sure they take their meds. most of the time ...it is the lack of meds.
