How can I improve?

As New Years approaches...I need to come up with some resolutions. Where are areas that you think I can improve? Be honest and if necessary be anonymous, but be clean:)I'll take this into consideration as I reflect on my resolutions for the New Year.

What's the big deal about Birthdays?

My birthday is coming up this week, but I'm not very excited. Why do people get excited for their birthday or other people birthdays?
