I realized when I looked at my top ten list yesterday that it did truly reflect my favorite movies. This is a more accurate list.

Not that this has anything to do with movies (because mine hasn't changed), but this is going to be a verrrry stressful year for the Brewers fans with Eric Gagne out there. Jeez, is this how its going to be every time he's out there?

Don't worry about Gagne. He pitched well but decided to ignore Kendall for some reason and throw a fastball instead of a changeup on the pitch that Patterson hit out. Plus, he hit it out by about 2 feet.
Also, did you ever have any doubt that the Brewers would win? I know I didn't.
If you want stress, become a Detroit Tigers fan...
Oh, and I agree with Joe, Everything is Illuminated is a great movie.
Yeah, but hes 2/3 on blowing saves so far. At the beginning of the year is when they should be fresh. Usually the Brewers' closer lasts AT least until the All-Star break (example, last three seasons).
And I suppose last night we had the token "Brewers Bullpen Appearing to Just Completely Give Up" game that comes once every week or so...
Haha! Wow, you can really tell when your friends are Brewer fans from Milwaukee!
I'm not really worried about the pitching so far to be honest.
My big concern is that Weeks, Braun, and Fielder are all off to cold starts.
But...we are 6-3.
The road trip will be the first big test of the year.
I don't know what that 'Brewers fans' comment is really suppose to mean. I think being critical of ones team is important. They've got some real issues, and yes, those three are off to a slow start, HOWEVER, each of the last three seasons (last season most specifically) their bullpen pitching has essentially cost them a play-off spot. I was at one game, where they were winning 6-1 going into the top of the ninth and LOST the game. If I wasn't there (and if it hadn't already happened 4 times that season) I really wouldn't have believed it. Take those 6-1, 5-1, too many runs to give up-1 games that they lost (I believe it was 5 or 6) and they play in the post season and not the Cub$.
oh yeah, and incidentally, I heard a pretty funny Brewers joke a while back, not really joke, but "one liner"

I think if I witnessed that 6-1 meltdown in person, I might have a different attitude about things.
But I think the bullpen has been great this year. Besides opening day and getting blown out in that Reds game (McClung is toast anyway when Gallardo gets back), they haven't gotten into any major jams.
I also agree that being critical of the team is important. However, I'm also skeptical of small sample sizes, as that 24-10 start didn't do much for us last year. Once the weather gets warm, the offense will heat up.
Oh, and that Rickie Weeks joke is hilarious.
Haha, true 10 games into a 162 game season is hardly sign for panic (unless if you're the Tigers and have won what, 2 games out 12?). But its just aggravating when they should have won it last year, and I think there is/should be a lot of pressure to get off to a real hot start. Especially if 14 games in JUNE wasn't enough?...
